Dinosaur Skeleton STL Files & Fossil Replicas

Every skeleton here started as a stack of papers. I sculpt each bone in Blender from published descriptions and fossil photographs, then split the model so it prints cleanly at home. Files come as STL and OBJ, unsupported on purpose, because where the supports go depends on your printer and your resin, not mine.

If you’d rather have the finished thing than the file, the partners below print and ship my models as museum-grade replicas. Some of these reconstructions are on permanent display at Sauriermuseum Bellach in Switzerland, DinoLab in Canada and the University of Zaragoza.
